BSOD using Windows Phone 8 connection sharing

Few people that uses Windows Phone 8 have noticed that once they use WP8 connection sharing with their Windows 8.1 OS a BSOD will appear.

 

This happens because there is a change about Windows Phone 8 transmission protocol. Now it support the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS). This standard increase the communication security using an advanced algorithm also used in military context. This means that communication are packed in different manner and for this reason a BSOD will appear. To solve this problem you can try the following solutions:
